These terms apply to this website and to photography services we confirm in writing (email, quote or invoice). The Studio is identified by the name, ABN and contact details in the website footer.
Using the website
The portfolio and service descriptions are general information. Sending an enquiry is not a booking. A booking exists only when we confirm the date and the scope in writing.
Do not misuse the site (including attacking it, scraping private galleries, or sending unlawful content). We may refuse or withdraw access where we need to protect the service or other clients.
Client portal
Login details are personal to you. Do not share them. Photographs in the portal are proofs or finals we have delivered; they remain our copyright except for the usage rights described in your package, quote or invoice.
Prices
Prices on the Services page are starting points in Australian dollars. Where a price is marked “from”, extra options can change the total. Deposit, rush and similar amounts are disclosed on that page and in these policies. Your quote or invoice states the actual fee, any GST, and what is included. We do not add surprise compulsory fees after you accept a written quote.
Consumer guarantees
If you are a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, you have guarantees we cannot exclude, including that services will be provided with due care and skill and within a reasonable time. The Refund Policy explains cancellations and refunds alongside those rights.
Photographs
Images in the public portfolio are our original work unless a credit says otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them without permission. Client images are licensed as set out in the relevant package or contract — typically personal and promotional use for the client, with copyright remaining with the Studio unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Liability
To the extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or that you could reasonably have avoided. Nothing in these terms limits your non-excludable ACL rights.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. New bookings use the version in force when we confirm them. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Fonts and software
The public site uses the Inter and Cormorant Garamond typefaces under the SIL Open Font License. Bootstrap, Bootstrap Icons, GLightbox and CakePHP are used under their MIT licences. Licence files for the typefaces are published with the font files on this website.
